Five Easter Centerpieces You Can Make in 5 Minutes
FIVE SIMPLE EASTER CENTERPIECES YOU CAN MAKE IN MINUTES USING THINGS YOU PROBABLY ALREADY HAVE AROUND THE HOUSE! (UPDATED WITH BONUS IDEAS)!

Easter is the one holiday that usually sneaks up on me. The other day, I was thinking about Easter decorations and centerpieces and the ideas started spinning. Not only can you make these five Easter centerpieces in 5 minutes or less, but the best part is you can also make them using things you likely already have around the house!
For all of these ideas, I’m showing them on the round table in my dining nook. If you plan to decorate a larger, rectangular table all you need to do is use two (or 3 if your table is really large) lined up down the center. These are all inexpensive ideas so it won’t cost you much to double or triple them.
Last fall I used a terra cotta pot upside down as part of my fall decorating. It was so cute I thought why not use it for Easter as well. Instead of the mini white pumpkins that I used then, I added Easter eggs (pictured above). I used fresh eucalyptus as the base, but Easter grass would also work. I like the eucalyptus because it drapes over the sides.
Easter Centerpieces: Cloche Display
The extent of my Easter decorations consists of faux eggs and this moss bunny. I popped them both into my cloche for an instant centerpiece. If I had had any Easter grass on hand, I would put that in here as well but I didn’t.

Use Spring Plants
If you follow along with me, you may have already seen this idea when I shared my spring table decorations. I found these asparagus ferns at a nursery a few weeks ago and placed them in my lanterns as a centerpiece.

centerpieces with easter eggs
By the way, these lanterns are so versatile, I have used them in numerous ways already. For this Easter centerpiece, I put the glass candleholder back in the lantern, filled it with Easter eggs, and paired it with a moss easter bunny. This one I would take a step further and place it in a round wicker tray with more spring elements.

use fresh or faux greenery
Over the years, I’ve stopped buying tons of holiday decor. One reason for the that is I prefer decorating with natural, seasonal items. I especially love natural decorating ideas for spring, such as flowers and plants.
How amazing is this giant display of eucalyptus? It was six dollars at the grocery store! It was by far the best six dollars I’ve spent all week. Baby’s Breath is another floral I like for spring. It can stay alive surprisingly long even without water.

get creative with terracotta
You could also use the terracotta pots right side-up filled with your Easter eggs. I didn’t take a photo of that, but you can see that on my spring mantel a few years ago. These little clay pots are so versatile, that I tend to hoard all that I find!

More Easter Centerpiece Ideas
Another idea for your Easter celebration is the peace lily. Place one in a pretty planter for instant table decor. It would make a lovely centerpiece for a more formal dinner. Simple can be beautiful!

For a more colorful centerpiece, look for fresh tulips. Tulips are a perfect choice for spring floral arrangements. Tulip season doesn’t last long so enjoy them while they’re here.
They’re easy to find this time of year in a rainbow of colors. Place them in a classic glass vase or inside a soup tureen for interest!

Take it a step further and place it on a light-colored table runner and surround it with colorful eggs for a festive Easter dinner table.
For a more cottage-style vibe, try white tulips in a vintage vase. Add natural colored eggs and a wicker basket to bring this centerpiece to life.

Creating a DIY Easter centerpiece is a wonderful way to add a personal touch to your holiday table. Get creative with things you already have around the house and the Spring plants available.
Whether you opt for a natural look with fresh flowers or whimsical displays with bunnies and colored eggs, the possibilities are endless! Put in a little time to create a beautiful (yet simple) centerpiece for your family gatherings this year.
There you have it, five (plus) Easter centerpieces in five minutes! I hope you found some fresh ideas here for your kitchen table!
