SHOP THE CUTEST VINTAGE-INSPIRED AND VINTAGE HALLOWEEN DECOR!
I haven’t gone all-out with Halloween decorations since my girls were little, it’s not my most favorite holiday. But this year I’m feeling very Halloween-inspired! I’m especially loving all the vintage-inspired Halloween decorations. No surprise there!
I’m hoping when I finally have time to decorate Halloween won’t be over but in the meantime, here are some of the amazing vintage Halloween decorations I’ve had my eye on. Some are true vintage and some are vintage-inspired new items.
While Halloween is generally the spooky season, I like my decorations to be cute with a little spooky, not creepy.

This adorable Halloween banner looks like vintage Halloween cards. I have a set of old Halloween cards that I’ve been planning to do this with…since last year! Maybe I’ll get to that soon!
This is a handmade primitive inspired pumpkin. Isn’t that beautiful? This Etsy seller’s account was one of my favorites. I ended up ordering several things from her. I love the cheesecloth and wheat detail on the witch hat.
And how adorable is this set of witch’s boots? Another inspiring handmade item. Love the lace and the bell details on these.
The man on the moon inspired Halloween decorations are another classic. The owl was a nice touch here to make it more unique, I believe it usually features a black cat.
I also found a similar Halloween moon centerpiece table decor.
Another incredible witch’s hat that looks real rather than store bought!
cute VINTAGE Halloween decor
I recently discovered two names related to vintage Halloween collections. Johanna Parker and Bethany Lowe. Both have cool Halloween collections, that look vintage inspired.
I found this adorable black cat online and the face instantly reminded me of a Johanna Parker piece. Turns out it is! It even has a little bit of a folk art vibe to it.
Ok, this next one is a bit expensive but it’s my absolute favorite. A cutie little pumpkin dressed up as a scared cat. I’m thinking this could be a cute DIY using a real pumpkin. I might have to try that one.
While at a flea market recently I found a few vintage Halloween decorations made from paper mache. I hadn’t seen these before and loved them instantly.
After getting home and doing some research, I found that paper mache Halloween decor can go for quite more money than I expected online. Here is an adorable pumpkin trio I spotted that was more on the affordable side.
I’m sure if you search you could find reasonably priced paper mache decorations at thrift stores or an antique shop. When I look long enough for vintage pieces I will eventually find them at good price. You just have to be patient.
Here is another adorable piece, that has the vintage vibe I love but perfectly blends spooky with cute.
This cute little bride of Frankenstien is a Bethany Lowe piece. Similar to Johanna Parker’s style, it blends vintage, spooky, and cute. Well done!
Halloween party decor ideas
If you want to add a vintage vibe to your Halloween festivities, here are some adorably cute ideas!
The Happy Halloween banner below is a set that includes the ghost banner as well. This is a little less spooky and a little more elegant. As elegant as Halloween can get, that is!
These ghost plates are a work of art with faux framed edges and also lend a spooky vibe to your party without being gory. You could easily build table place settings around these.
I love this black and orange tissue paper decorations for Halloween celebrations. So festive.
This simple trick-or-treat banner is another favorite. Simple and classic is always good.

Yard stakes are an easy way to add holiday decor to your yard. They’re easy to find, I found so many to choose from online. These little ghost pumpkins would be cute lining a walkway.
Vintage blow molds (for both Halloween and Christmas) are something I see often on Facebook marketplace and I’m always shocked at the list pricing. But you can definitely get them at a good price if you shop around. Like this pumpkin blow mold for example.
These yard stakes are awesome. They are not vintage but they look as if they are.
If you’re looking for unique Halloween decorations, vintage or new, Etsy has the most amazing selection! The creative ideas there always amaze me!
I’d also keep an eye out for true vintage Halloween decor after October 31st, you’re likely to find some with a sale price that you can save for next year. They’re going to be at their most expensive this time of year.
Is Halloween a holiday that you decorate for? I heard recently that Halloween decorations outsell Christmas decor in retail sales.
