These cream cheese cookies are easy to make using simple ingredients you likely already have on hand!

Roll them out onto a non stick baking pan or use parchment paper to line your cookie sheets.

They bake up quick - in about 10 minutes - you'll know they're done when you see the bottoms starting to get browned.

They're delicious as is, but the recipe can be customized to your liking. For example, a teaspoon of lemon juice can be added for a lighter taste.

For this batch, I wanted to dress them up for the holidays with icing and edible glitter sprinkles.  The icing is easily whipped up with only 3 ingredients.

These are so rich and delicious and the simple icing adds a bit more sweetness.
