First mix your liquid ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Then add cinnamon and nutmeg until blended.
Lay your bread slices in a greased baking pan. We like challah bread for it's thickness. Now pour your mixture over the bread to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning just pop the whole baking tray into the oven and cook for 45 minutes! When done we top it with syrup and powdered sugar.
