with herb butter  & Arugula

If Spring had a taste, it would be this crostini recipe!  Start with a small loaf of your favorite bread.

Mix fresh lemon zest, parsley and chives into softened butter to create an herb butter spread.

Spread the herb butter mixture onto your sliced bread.  You can toast the bread first if you prefer.

Next top it with a generous heaping of arugula and a few sliced radishes.

Garnish the crostini with sea salt, chives and parsley or any other toppings you like.

You can easily swap out the ingredients in this crostini to suit your family's tastes.

TIP: Soften the butter before you begin to prepare this.  Once that's ready the whole recipe only takes about 5 minutes to put together!
