Carving out extra seating in a small house is easier than you might think! All you need is one small corner.

We started with a bench seat. It took awhile to find the right size and style to fit our small corner, but the wait paid off with this classic caned bench.

Then we hung a gallery wall of vintage art. This is easily changed out with the seasons or as our mood changes. Scribbled Arrow

One tall piece of vintage art fits a sliver of wall perfectly. The scale helps balance the gallery wall.

For the window, we hung classic cafe curtains (they were a DIY) and a cute collection of mini baskets. Scribbled Arrow

Lastly, to soften the space and make it more inviting, we layered tablecloths over the round table. Scribbled Arrow
