What You'll Need:
Cricut Machine Wired Ribbon Scissors Iron On Vinyl
Using a Cricut or Silhouette machine, you will first need to cut out your lettering onto iron-on VInyl. For more details on how to do that, click learn more.
Peel off the excess vinyl material so only your lettering is left on the clear backing.
Use a weeding tool to get out the small bits between letters.
You're lettering will look backwards, which is how you want it. Flip it over and place it centered in the ribbon.
Using a low setting for satin, go over the lettering with your iron. You can iron directly over the clear film.
To get the banner effect, fold your ribbon in half with the lettering inside. Make a diagnoal cut on each end.
Use your Christmas banner wherever you need a little cheer. We used it on our tree and across a wreath.
Use this idea for birthday banners, graduations or any other occasion you can think of!
