Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder sifted
  • 1/2 cup granualted sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Turn on ice cream maker and add all ingredients. Let mix until thickened.
