Hash Brown Quiche
Easy Quiche recipe with hash brown crust, perfect for brunch!

- 1.5 cup shredded hash browns
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
- nutmeg pinch
- 1/4 cup fresh baby spinach shredded
- bacon crumbled, optional
Press shredded hash browns into a well-greased pie dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
While cooking the hash browns, beat the eggs, heavy cream and nutmeg together in a mixing bowl.
Remove from oven. Add a layer of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Add a layer of chopped onions.
Add a layer of baby spinach.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Top with crumbled bacon bits in the last 5-10 minutes of baking, if desired.
