Start with a simple grapevine wreath as your base.
Using various sizes of mini terracotta pots, secure them to your wreath. We used fishing line because it's virtually invisible.
Use as many or as few as you like. We placed ours going in different directions for interest.
Fill in the spaces between the pots with sheet moss. We used hot glue to attach it.
Use a mix of faux fall leaves, foliage, and moss to fill the terracotta pots.
Fill your pots until they're full, securing with hot glue.
Run a ribbon through the back of the wreath for hanging.
