Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar sifted
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Melt the butter.
- Combine the butter with all other ingredients. Beat until smooth.
Notes
Add food coloring, if desired.
Yields 1/3 cup.
