I recently got an email from the people at Invaluable.com.  They asked if I would be interested in curating a design board around one of their PIECES OF ART.  It sounded like a fun little challenge so I agreed.  They gave me about 10 different pieces to choose from and I picked this one.

Black and White tribal art

My first thought was to do a tribal vibe in the room because that is the feeling I got from this art.  But I decided to make it less expected and do a more eclectic room.

Since this room is all about the art, I angled the furnishings so everything “points” in that direction.  I’ve included a source list for all the items shown below.  I’m loving those orb floor lamps!

Invaluable.com is the worlds largest online marketplace of fine and decorative arts, antiques, collectibles, and estate sales, according to their website.  It reminds me of an antique store, only online, with items in all price ranges.  I definitely found some cool things on the site.
