Fall Decor Y’all. I just can’t get enough.

Ok, I live in NJ, so I don’t ever really say y’all but it sounded better than “fall decor you guys”. One of the best things about Fall is that it lasts long enough to make all of the fall decorating  worthwhile. This little vignette was extremely budget friendly which is why I couldn’t resist one more little fall project.

This is another coffee can project, very similar to my DIY Branch Vase. Just like with that project, I started out painting the coffee cans with gold paint first. Once that was dried, instead of the branches I used twine. I wrapped all four coffee cans with the twine securing every few rounds with hot glue. This project didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would. Each can only took about 5 minutes.

Once it was wrapped with the twine I added some contrasting string around the center and tied it with a little bow.

My mother had picked out these cute leaves while we were shopping at Michael’s one day. I especially love the ones that look like they were cut from pages of a book.

Those weren’t available online, but that would be a simple DIY project. I hadn’t yet used them for anything else, so I tucked one into the center of each can.

Lastly, I added some dried hydrangeas picked from my yard and then I scattered mini white pumpkins around the vignette.

These would also make for a cute centerpiece on a fall table!

The console table this is sitting on is something I just picked up from my local antique store a few weeks ago. It’s not ready for its close-up yet, lol. My living room is in a transitional phase right now and it’s in a bit of disarray. It probably will be for a while until I carve out the time to start making things happen in there. Meanwhile, we just wrapped up another kitchen project that we never completed back in the Spring when we did that makeover.  I’ll be sharing that soon on the blog. Hint: it contains shiplap.

Does anyone else have that song stuck in their head now,  I just can’t get enough. Ha-ha, sorry about that!
